Sales Tax of 6% applies to all purhases unless a valid PA Exempt certificate is on file with Ruth's Toys & Pop Culture LLC. 4. No lot may be removed from premisis until buyer has paid in full for the purchase. All property is sold "as is" in accordance with the section entitled Absence of Other Warranties, and neither Ruth's Toys & Pop Culture LLC nor the seller make any express or implied warranty or representation as to the condition of any lot offered for sale, and no statement made at any time, whether oral or written shall constitute such a warranty or representation. For absentee bidders who need shipping or special pick up, it must be arranged with the auction house within 3 days of end of sale. All Shipping is done in house, buyers are welcome to arrange thier own shipping method as well. * Some items might not be able to be shipped by the Auction house due to size and/or breakablitiy.
