Auction Terms & Conditions All Purchases due on the day of the sale w/ cash, good check or Visa/MC. 10% Buyer's premium will be added on all purchases bought in house. 15% Buyer's Premium will be added on all purchases bought with absentee, phone or online bids. All sales final, all items sold as is with no guarantees. All items are to be removed the day of the auction unless other arrangements are made prior to the sale. By bidding at auction, whether present in person or by agent, by written bid, or other means, the buyer agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. 1. As used in these Conditions of Sale, the term "final bid" means the highest bid acknowledged by the Auctioneer and the "purchase price" means the sum of the final bid plus the premium payable by the buyer, as set above. 2. Sales Tax of 6% applies to all purhases unless a valid PA Exempt certificate is on file with Ruth's Toys & Pop Culture LLC. 4. No lot may be removed from premisis until buyer has paid in full for the purchase. All property is sold "as is" in accordance with the section entitled Absence of Other Warranties, and neither Ruth's Toys & Pop Culture LLC nor the seller make any express or implied warranty or representation as to the condition of any lot offered for sale, and no statement made at any time, whether oral or written shall constitute such a warranty or representation. For absentee bidders who need shipping or special pick up, it must be arranged with the auction house within 3 days of end of sale. All Shipping is done in house, buyers are welcome to arrange thier own shipping method as well. * Some items might not be able to be shipped by the Auction house due to size and/or breakablitiy.
